What You’ll Learn
Build and update logic-linked programmes in Primavera P6, manage baselines and progress updates, analyse the Critical Path and Total Float, apply NEC change management, and prepare Impact and Recovery Programmes. Lessons use structured training manuals, assignments, revision sessions and practical scenarios.
