Welcome to Baseline Planning Solution Mentorship. We’re pleased to have you onboard and look
forward to supporting your journey into project planning. These Terms and Conditions outline
how the programme operates and what you can expect. These Terms and Conditions are designed
to guide your experience and ensure clarity across all areas of engagement with us.
1. Programme Overview
This mentorship provides industry-focused training in Project Planning, Primavera P6, and career
development including CV and interview preparation.
2. What You Receive
Primavera Classes
Access weekly Zoom Classes for 5- 6 weeks training on using the primavera Software. All classes
are recorded training videos via the WhatsApp group. Group should be used to ask questions
regarding Training and Assignment.
Interview Preparation
Material will be posted in your Cohort WhatsApp group for interview preparation. Question of the
day is part of your interview preparation and should be treated as one. Trainees should request
additional interview videos and questions after completing CV Prep appointment. Further support
is also offered through answers to questions posted in the cohort WhatsApp group.
CV Preparation:
CV prep appointments are to be booked by Mentees after Primavera Classes. Please request CV
template at the point of booking your appointment. Please prepare yourself and log in onto your
laptop (phones are not allowed)
Mock Interview:
At Baseline Planning Solution Mentorship, we provide a Mock interview session after securing
your first Interview. Mentees are to request appointment. Mentees are required to come prepared
for the Mock Interview. Mock Interview is available after securing your first interview (at least 1
week notice required). You are entitled to only one Mock Interview. Please come prepared and log
in onto your laptop. Please also be prepared to put on your camera and be in a quite environment.
Any missed or late appointment would not be rescheduled. (phones are not allowed)
Success Stories
Upon completion, candidates are required to submit a success story (written, video, or audio).

4. Payments & Refund Policy
Payment required before access. Refunds within 7 days only if materials are not accessed and
platform. 20% admin fee applies. Deposits are non-refundable. Deferrals allowed for up to 3
months.
5. Platform Access & Use
All materials remain property of Baseline Planning Solution Mentorship. No sharing or recording
allowed. Active participation required.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must be respectful, engaged, and not distribute content. Breaches may result in
removal without refund.
7. Social Media & Promotion
Photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes.
8. Support Hours
Support available Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM UK time.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing. Response within 48 working hours.
