The Company:
Part of a larger group. This multi-site manufacturing business work with some of the biggest blue chip companies in the UK. The site near Elsmere Port is a high volume manufacturing plant. and is always looking for areas to develop and improve.
They are now looking for a HR Manager to join the management team and help them develop the business moving forward.
The Role:
The HR manager role is incredibly diverse, and no 2 days will be the same.
You will be the sole HR professional on site and be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
Recruitment and onboarding
Grievances and disciplinaries
Absence management and reporting
Training and development of staff and management
Required Experience:
The Ideal HR Manager will have the following skills and experience:
CIPD Level 5
Experience within the manufacturing sector
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
This is a stand along role so must be comfortable with a level of autonomy
You must also be flexible to the administrative side of the role a well
