Project Support Officer

You are someone who is excited by the prospect of supporting various projects simultaneously, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in to any task as they come. You’ll be comfortable working closely with business development and origination teams within the company, and able to communicate effectively with individuals across the company. You will have a strong belief that positive results are the inevitable outcome of collaborative hard work.

What will I spend my day on at Baseline Integrated Services Limited?

Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to develop and implement project origination goals.
Coordinate with project stakeholders and internal teams.
Assist with project budgets, procurement and other administrative tasks.
Schedule meetings and organise the team diary.
Project administrative tasks
Prepare presentations and facilitate internal approval processes.
Support business development objectives
What skills will I need to succeed in the role?

Minimum one year’s commercial work experience, preferably in an engineering environment
Strong problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, with exemplary organisational and time management skills
